These are majorly easy and cheap, and they're another good move if you need to watch the fat or sodium in your diet. If you want a little more of the traditional fried chip flavor, you could brush them with a little canola oil before putting them in the oven...or even some oil and fresh lime juice to make them lime tortilla chips if you're into that type of thing. Baked Tortilla Chips
6 corn tortillas
Cut the tortillas into quarters. Lay on a baking sheet in a single layer. Bake at 400 degrees or until crispy, about 5 minutes perside, salting before you turn them. They crisp up even more after they cool.
